~ Terms of Service ~

_By purchasing one of my commission, you're accepting my Terms of Service and have to follow them. _

I will draw:
• Fan Characters
• Animal features on humanoid designs [ears,tails,horns...]
• Any kind of couple (characters must be adults)Ask:
• Anthro
• Close Species (CS)

I won't draw:
• Sensitive themes
• Sexual themes
• Any ilegal theme: ex. drug useDon't draw due not have enought experience drawing them
• Older people
• Armours and Mecha
• Another art styles
• Animals

► GENERAL INFORMATION
• I have the rights of declining or cancelling your commission.
• By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital good and no physical good will be delivered
• Be sure to save the picture on your computer since I will delete the file in the future.► COPYRIGHT POLICY
• Personal use: You can use my art for personal use without asking as long as you credit me.
• Comercial use: contact me beforehand. Do not profit off my artwork without consent.
• Edits on my art: I don't mind them ONLY if the character belongs to you.• I have the right to post the art in to promote myself. Please, let me know if you don't want me to post it.►TURNAROUND TIME
• 1 week - 3 months
If I may late more time, I will let you know. If there's a deadline you'd like me to meet, let me know beforehand.► PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
• Only accept payment by paypal
• I will start the artwork once I have received the payment [Unless I ask other option].
• Do not send the payment until I accepted your commission.
•Refunds:
--No started - 100% | Sketched - 70% | **Lined **- 50% | Base colour - 30%► CHANGES ON THE DRAWING
• I will send you a preview of your commissionfor fixing big error like pose or design details.
[may be sketch, lineart or base colour depeding of the style of drawing]
• Once the picture is finished, I will only do small changes.
• Be clear when you ask something since I won't do big changes once the sketch is approved.

This are my T.o.S for my designs:EDITING DESIGN AND ART- You may edit my art if the character belong to you without asking- You may do any changes on the design (specie, gender, outfit...) as long as your credit me for the original the creator.- If a design belong to a CS, you must follow the CS rules.
If the CS allow full redesigns, you don't need to credit me for the actual design.TRADING AND RESELLING- You are free to resell, trading or gifting my designs without restrictions.
EXCEPT if you got a design from me as a gift:
You can only gift it until you add extra art (personal art okay). Once you add art to their gallery, there don't have any restriccitions.-If you giving a design to a user who does not have a toyhou.se profile, please let me know so I can keep a trait of my designs.COMMERCIAL USEYou can use my designs for commercial use as long as you credit me. Just let me know about it beforehand.
