Terms of Service

By purchasing one of my commission or adopt, you're accepting my Terms of Service and have to follow them.
If you don't follow my ToS, I will add you to my blacklist so you won't be able to get/buy anything from me again.

I will draw:
• Fan Characters
• Animal features [ears,tails,horns...]
• More or less complex designs
• Any kind of coupleAsk:
• Anthro

I won't draw:
• Sensitive themes
• Sexual themes
• Muscles
• Old people [More than 40-50]
• Armours and Mecha
• Another art styles
• Animals

► GENERAL INFORMATION
• I have the rights of declining or cancelling your commission.
• By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital good and no physical good will be delivered
• Be sure to save the picture on your computer since I will delete the file in the future. ► COPYRIGHT POLICY
• Personal use: You can use my art for personal use without asking as long as you credit me.
• Comercial use: contact me beforehand. Do not profit off my artwork without consent.
• Edits on my art:I don't mind them ONLY if the character belongs to you. You don't need to ask permission for turning a design on a CS.• I have the right to post the art in to promote myself. Please, let me know if you don't want me to post it. ►TURNAROUND TIME
• 1 week - 2 months
If I may late more time, I will let you know. If there's a deadline you'd like me to meet, let me know beforehand. ► PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
• Only accept payment by paypal
• I will start the artwork once I have received the payment [Unless I ask other option].
• Do not send the payment until I accepted your commission.
•Refunds:
--No started - 100% | Sketched - 70% | Lined - 50% | Base colour - 30% ► CHANGES ON THE DRAWING
• I will send you a preview of your commissionfor fixing big error like pose or design details.
[may be sketch, lineart or base colour depeding of the drawing]
• Once the picture is finished, I will only do small changes.
• Be clear when you ask something since I won't do big changes once the sketch is approved.

Adoptables Rules

Sometime I made adopts or decided to sell some of my old designs. If you are interested on seeing my available adopt, please check my toyhou.se sales acount.

This are my T o S for my adopts:
★ You can edit design all you want (specie, gender, outfit... ) and credit yourself/other person for the changes as a designer. Still, you have to credit me as the original creator.
If you want to make any changes on the design, you can edit my art [no need to ask]★ If you are reselling a design: you have to sell it for the original price, unless that you had commissioned art of them. In this case, you can sell them for the original price + the money you spend on commissions.If the design has extra personal/gift art, you can ask for the resell price [explained in term above] + extra art/design.★ If you trade/sell/gift a design with someone who does not have a toyhou.se, please let me know so I can keep a trait of my designs.★ You can use my designs for commercial use. Just let me know about it beforehand.
